2009 Contest Rules

A contest you say…. Yes, that’s right a contest. Well, actually a huge ongoing contest series. During 2009 we will be giving away posters, jewelry, tee-shirts, hats, autographed print versions of the novel and yes, at the end the original artwork that was used for the cover of The Mark of a Druid.

The grand prizewinner of the contest will receive the original artwork, Through the Void, an oil on canvas by Amie Perry-Reavis and a hardback edition of the book signed by both the Rhonda and Amie.

Some of the giveaways will be based on answering questions that I will post in the contest section here at this site and they will be linked to the calendar section as well. Some will be connected to numbers, ratings, reviews, and even twitter followings, and whatever else I think up or you suggest.
Then there is the artwork. Some of the giveaways will be about you, the reader or listener, finding images and hidden symbols in the artwork. I blog on Sundays. Subscribe to the RSS feed for all the latest information.
Yes, I am going to ask you to participate. Stay tuned for those announcements. What do you have to do, you ask?

•You have to register on this site. It is wordpress so you can use your wordpress account information to consolidate your passwords.

•You have to read the current contest announcement to find out what you have to do for each phase of the contest series.

•When you have completed the action you needed to do one more thing. Log in to the site if you aren’t already leave a comment on the contest page, that will send me a message telling me you have completed and I place you in the draw. This is all form generated and is really easy.

•You will have to provide, upon winning, your shipping address so we can send your prize. Sorry about the inconvenience if you had already entered your information in the old site. I no longer have access to that information.

•You must be 18 or older to win. (why you ask?) Well, this book has some strong language and sexual content that is not appropriate for minors. So, asking you to participate if you are under age would not be a good idea. By entering any of the contests you are guarantying that you are 18 or over.
 
•You must have fun.

•You have to stay tuned as this contests evolve some of these rules could change at anytime without warning.

Or you can buy a paperback, hardback or e-book versions again see the list below for your favorite way to be entertained by a great story! The pod cast is complete.

Why am I having this contest series?

• I thought is would be fun to interact with my readers and listeners.
• It is a way to promote The Mark of a Druid.
• This is an ongoing effort on my part to bring awareness to the reader and listener alike that, authors and podcasters could not do this with out you. Without your support we would not be able to continue bringing you these stories in these ways. I thought it would be a cool way to get you all involved and give away some pretty cool stuff.
